Age Limit:
Players below the age of 18 are required to get a parent/guardian signature before they can participate. Players younger than 10 years of age are not allowed to play.

Hands, Guns, and Feet Rule:
Our favorite rule and very unique to Barrage. If you are shot in the hands, gun, or feet you are not out. They simply don't count. Nobody likes to be called out for getting hit on the loader, the sole of your boot, or on your pinky finger so why play that way.

Ten Feet Rule:
There's plenty of situations where you need to close in with your opponent in order to get him/her out. We understand that and encourage players to be gung-ho but we also want to avoid situations that could result in tempers rising. Most players make the charge with the intention of getting their opponent to surrender but it doesn't always work out that way. So, we developed the 10 feet rule. Players are not allowed to charge occupied bunkers to closer than within 10 ft from the bunker. It has been our experience that virtually any player can over take a bunker from that distance. While it may require a little more patience it has almost completely eliminated heated arguments between players resulting from bunker rushing.

Five Minute Rule:
The Alamo is a hard charging, no guts no glory kind of base. In an attempt to get everyone up front and in the action we've come up with the 5 minute rule which can be used in non-resurrection games. For the first 5 minutes of the game, head shots are the only shots that can take out a member of the attacking team. You can be left exposed to the defender's fire during a charge but it is important to get across the creek if you hope to succeed. This rule is meant to encourage the attackers to cross the creek and help them do so. Once 5 minutes expires everything counts (except for hands, guns, and feet of course).

Medics:
Sometimes in lieu of resurrections we'll use medics. If a player is shot in the arm or leg they can call for a medic to come heal them. The medic only has to touch them and they're back in play. When the player is shot he/she must immediately stop where they are and go to the ground. The "wounded" player can still fire at bad guys and can still be shot out, as well. However, if a "wounded" player is shot in the head or torso before a medic can reach them, they are out.
